Only detecting two monitors

I have four monitors on two separate graphics cards that work perfectly, but wallmaster is only detecting two on one graphics card (monitors 3 and 4) when making certain monitors the main display. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling to no avail.

My configuration is this:

3 1
2 4

1 and 2 being the GTX 550 Ti
3 and 4 being the GTX 1070

I'm running Windows 10 64-bit
They are all connected via DVI

If I make 3 or 2 the main display, all works fine, but if I make 1 or 4 the main display, it drops two displays and it duplicates the wallpapers on 3 to 1 and on 2 to 4. I'd really like to make 4 my main display and keep all 4 showing in wallmaster if at all possible.
