Arrow keys input?

I wanna make arrow keys based menu window, to achieve that I would need to be able to render currently chosen option and hide commands in window in such way that neither number or enum name shows. How can I achieve that using this framework?

Curses is a terminal display library. It wouldn't handle inputs. You want something like Console.ReadKey.
