Lamellar lipid structures

How would one go about forming lamallar lipid structures. The system I'm working on requires the formation of lamellar structures and specific symmetry patterns containing CER[AP] straight and hairpin ligands. I have structures pertaining to these however wondering how to implement these into a symmetric lamellar structure.

Do you mean bilayers stacked on each other? In that case it would be easier to start with an existing single bilayer and then stack it with something like gmx genconf with options -nbox 1 1 <your number of stacks>
