Create monolayer cylinder #23

I hope you are doing well
I am trying to create a cylinder from the unit cell attached. I have managed to create it for radiuses more than 3nm, but when I try it for nanotubes with radiuses less than 3 nm, some parts in the outer layer of the structure are missing.
My problem is that I can not get the completed structure without missing any bonding for the cylinders with less than 3 nm radius. I would deeply appreciate it if you could guide me on this matter.
Regarding my unit cell pdb file, It does not create the cylinder when the residue is 1, although the residue numbering must be 1 for the all atoms. So, I changed the first atom to 1.
I have attached the snapshots for both 3nm radius (correct), 1nm radius (missing some bonds), executed command, and the pdb files for unit cells to this email.
