Add Recruiting Content: 'What Coaches See' Filters

• When recruiting content is added to profile, filtering on the dashboard should match filtering on 'What Coaches See'
• Right now, top filters and side filters do not work on 'what coaches see'
• D1 has sub filters, D2, D3, NAIA, JUCO are all single filters
• Last time we discussed this you mentioned it may be a design issue as the data wasn't a clean carry over from the dashboard
