The Vercel AI SDK now supports transcribe, and we want to support this through Echo as well. Documentation for their implementation can be found [here](https://ai-sdk.dev/docs/ai-sdk-core/transcription). Likely best implemented after we add support for the Vercel AI Gateway (https://github.com/Merit-Systems/echo/issues/573)
