Chat x402 template

Create a template that has an auth switcher to allow user to choose whether to pay in echo credits or USDC via x402.

We have this external video template https://github.com/Merit-Systems/sora-template

We want a stripped down version of this in the /templates folder that just exposes an extremely simple chat interface (use the one in the normal next-chat template) but with this alternative auth switcher

We should reuse the existing one as much as possible. And merge the login flow from the sora template. There was another guy working on this in discord fyi
