What happened?

PSyclone v3.2.0 comes with additional parallelisation tests that lead to various warnings and errors with lfric_atm transmute scripts that are currently on the main branch. These are silent as v3.2.0 also introduced new flag --log-level which defaults to OFF. I came across this issue while working on pull request MetOffice/lfric_apps#53.

It might be beneficial to add --log-level=WARNING to the psyclone command in the LFRic build system to highlight such warnings and failures during builds, and some lfric_atm transmute scripts might require fixing. Happy to create a pull request if that is useful.
