main search box enter does not work as expected #123
Description
Type cell in the main search box and hit enter.
The result goes to sickle cell anemia which is the first match, however I did not select that and do not want to go to that page. If the match is not exact then enter by itself should trigger the equivalent of clicking the browse all button.
