Unable to Clone project

In trying to checkout this project I'm getting the following error:

If you've followed the steps for installation, you'll note that there is a net462 dir inside of the zip archive in the releases tab, but there isn't a net472. I'm not sure where this comes from...

Looks like this is part of Harmony? Perhaps a different version
