Add damageMod field to every attribute and skill #654

Add that property to every attribute and skill. Initialized to 0 in #prepareBaseData so that it can be modified by AEs.

In torgchecks.js, ad the value of damageMod from both the skill AND the attribute to the damage total.

Ensure custom skills also have that field.
