Preloading all databases

When executing cap2 run db -c config.yaml few db files are still omitted and are downloaded on later stages (e..g. during reads). Namely:

1. minikraken2_v2_8GB_201904.tgz

2. GCA_000001635.9_GRCm39_genomic.fna.gz (could be related to MouseRemovalDB always redownloads db file #23)

Is there a reason behind not including these files and is it possible to download them all together in one command?
