SPC Watch/Warnings not matching official site #1
Description
When grabbing the shapefiles for the watches and warning, the different type of outlooks aren't the same as on SPC website.
For example, on Jan 13th, 2020 there are severe and tornado warnings on SCP's site,
but on the plotted shapefiles, there are no tornado or severe thunderstorm product types that come up.
Are the downloaded shapefile the correct ones that NWS plots on their site?
