Unable to get device list after loading the module

My setup is having 5.4.0-163-generic kernel , so i compiled the switchtec-kernel with branch - backport_5.3_to_5.4, compilation was successfull & i am able to load the device , but unable to get any switchtec device list under /dev/*.

Got below dmesg logs

Can anyone help me to resolve the issue
