Setting ExpanderContentDownBorderThickness does not work?

Setting:

<Thickness x:Key="ExpanderContentUpBorderThickness">0</Thickness>

Has no effect.

Interestingly setting:

<Thickness x:Key="ExpanderHeaderBorderThickness">0</Thickness>

Does work as expected.
