CommandRegister commands repeats the same line for all lines sometimes

Normally when executed the /worlds would display all the worlds. As shown below.

But sometimes it will only display map world

I'm aware that you can fix it by spamming the command, but it seems a bit strange that you need to do that. I can't imagine it being very complicated to fix. Therefore I wouldn't prioritise this either.
And I have seen this occur to /votelinks too.
But I can't unfortunately provide any proof at this given time.

Confirmed - this happens to /ranks too, as well as many other commands.
