Implement plugin providers #14
Description
This is a general issue regarding the implementation of providers with different plugins. Due to the sheer scope of this there will not be one issue per plugin but this one to track the current process.
Each plugin should have its own maven module (see the CraftConomy module)

The readme should be adjusted as part of the commit/PR. Feel free to PR plugins that are not on the list!
