The Docker file settings that works for me has TensorFlow enabled for GPU acceleration.

Use TensorFlow base image with GPU support

FROM tensorflow/tensorflow:2.10.0-gpu

Install Python 3.9 and other basic dependencies

Set Python 3.9 as default
