Makefile to build everything

Can we add a Makefile to build everything?

Right now, I am relying on Roland Coghetto's compile script, but this should really be a Makefile bundled with the Mizar system.

my script is quite experimental. It should be worked on to make it more acceptable than it is at the moment. (creation of a main directory, updating, download from main MizarProject directory, etc. ) :-)

@CoghettoR I think there are two separate issues:

1. Building the binaries from the Pascal code using a Makefile
2. Using the results from the first item to build the MML locally

While both are important, I am more concerned with the first item.

(Personally, I think the MML should be its own github repository, with a script to check/build it from "scratch", but that's the topic for another issue.)

@pqnelson Some 20 years ago Josef Urban wrote a simple Makefile for compiling Mizar binaries from the CVS repository sources. At that time there were three different platform-dependent compilers (FPC/GPC/Kylix) in use, so a unified build procedure was quite useful.
I've stripped the GPC/Kylix parts that are irrelevant now (see the attached file below) - the functionality is basically the same but it's a bit shorter, so maybe it's worth merging with yours.

@MizarProject That is far more elegant than what I've kludged together. I rewrote history, and used a slightly modified version of that Makefile. (I added a install target, which defaults to /usr/local/bin/.)
