Consider Releasing at OpenVSX

With the growing user of VSCode fork, it's a little bit harder to adopt this extension on other VSCode fork since they're using separate extension registry and cannot use VSCode one.

Please consider releasing vsix to OpenVSX https://open-vsx.org/
