Inaccurate recognition of hands and face

 I am using the smplest_x_h.pth.tar model, and its performance on the hands and face is not satisfactory. Do I need to adjust specific parameter settings?
 Specifically, when performing movements with a single finger, the other fingers also move, making it almost impossible to isolate the movement of a single finger. During facial movements, the facial features cannot move. For example, when opening the mouth, the key points of the face do not change.
