Code comes up instead of the actual Maker

So when i download it and try to open it Cod comes up and i dont know want to do

My problem is almost like yours, but the codes that appears come from the CMD when i open MC with java, but the application dont starts, it just pop up the CMD and closes suddenly

Try to right-click and choose "proprieties" and on the first tab u change the "open with" program, choose Java, i think that you opned it with notepad, so its why that appears
