Add java with kts temple support #4

Summary
Add a new type architectury template which using java for coding and kts for gradle script.
Method
It can be transmute from offical template, just replace groovy script with kts. Otherwise, it can base on current repository, remove kotlin dependencies which in kts and transmute all .kt file to .java file.
Other
Because of some personal reasons, it's hard to continue maintain my template repo.
If this can provide support and continuous maintenance, I can add a jump link to this repo and archieve my repo.
