[Bug]: Uneasy Alliance achievement only unlocks in "world"

Bug Description

The "Uneasy Alliance" achievement doesn't unlock in worlds other than "world", even if it's an overworld dimension.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start a server with only multiverse installed.
2. Run /mv create test normal
3. Wait for world to successfully create then use /mvtp test
4. /summon ghast and kill it. Uneasy Alliance will not unlock.
5. Run /mvtp world to return to the default world.
6. /summon ghast and kill it again. This time Uneasy Alliance will unlock.

• I have searched for and ensured there isn't already an open or resolved issue(s) regarding this.
• I was able to reproduce my issue on a freshly setup and up-to-date server with the latest version of Multiverse plugins with no other plugins and with no kinds of other server or client mods.

This is a different problem, not pertaining to portals at all. In the example you'll see I'm just using /summon ghast.
