GNOME MPD Client (Aria)

I’ve been working on yet another GNOME MPD client. There are already options like Plattenalbum and Euphonica, but this project takes a slightly different approach.

One of my main goals is to make it easier to explore and discover your music library, with a particular focus on supporting classical music.

In terms of features, Aria probably sits somewhere between Plattenalbum and Euphonica. That said, I’m aiming for strong adherence to the GNOME Human Interface Guidelines, including full keyboard navigation, drag-and-drop support, and more.

There’s still plenty of work left to do, but if you’re curious, I’d love for you to give it a try and share your feedback. Just be warned: bugs and rough edges are to be expected for now 😉
