GUI for starting server #13
Description
Perhaps a way to make Salsa easier to use is to have a GUI interface to start
the server as part of the JAVA client.
It would have a check box to say if the server was running or not.
Fill in entries for hostname(s), number of processors, location of
"ResolutionServer" executable, even complete command line.
