BUG: minor issues with ID and Media stub pages

• the VERSIONING accordion menu on the left does not open under ID, whereas it works for Media.

The code that handles those interactions was modified after I left the project—not sure by whom—so probably best to have an engineer handle it. Assigning back to you.
