Description:
Control simulation for the simulation that tested dewpoint fix for bare soil (Clm60SP_ctsmdew_1deg_DewRH1_2000) to prevent RRTMGP errors (tsfc > 355K) in B-cases (specifically, NCAR/cesm_dev#246 and NCAR/cesm_dev#245).
