Purpose:
Test if reverting the hygroscopicity bug fix explains cloud brightening in 280 (relative to 271).

Description:
Same as 280 (#249) but SourceMod in aerosol_state_mod.F90 from cam6_4_140 and set:

sol_factb_interstitial = 0.1D0
seasalt_emis_scale = 1.25

in user_nl_cam. The reduced seasalt_emis_scale is that used in 271, because reverting the hygro fix reduces sea salt burdens.
