Order of `use` in files

I think this is my first issue in our repo ever!

So, the order of `use` in our files is not always correct. For each, we need to remove the whitespace between them and run `cargo fmt` to have the conventional order. I will make PRs for each of our schemes. Just writing it here to keep it in mind.
