Add ordinance extraction for Geothermal Heat Pumps #306
Description
Add decision trees for Transmission Line ordinances as well as a parser class to run those graphs on the Transmission Line ordinance text. The following data should be extracted:
- Setbacks for GHPs from:
- Driveways
- Drinking water well/Private water supply
- Public water supply
- Building foundation
- On-site waste water system/septic tanks/cesspools
- Water service line
- Sewer line
- Animal enclosures
- Road right of way
- Right of way or easement
- Above ground fuel storage
- Below ground fuel storage
- Subsurface drains
- Surface water/wetlands
- Swimming pools
- Hazardous material, fertilizer
- Definitions of: Geothermal Well, Geothermal, Ground source or geothermal heat pump system
- Noise Limits
- Licensed Driller Requirement
- Well Depth
- Screening
- Permit/Building Permit
- Decommissioning/Abandonment Requirements
- Prohibitions (moratoriums, bans) (likely applicable to open-loop geothermal systems)
- Date ordinance was enacted/modified
