Suggested Changes to Lighthouse Export Function for NITCs

Two suggestions for the Lighthouse Export function for NITCs:

1. Export downloads the following fields: Name StartDate EndDate Unit Tags TotalParticipants TotalHours Participants
   Can you also output the NITC ID and the Description? Possibly add a field selector like job export.

2. Dates are formatted as follows: Sat Feb 24 2024 21:30:00 GMT+1100 (Australian Eastern Daylight Time)
   Can you remove the time zone info from the dates? This has to be stripped off to allow PowerBI/Query/Excel to recognise the field as a date. Minor request.

I use this function quite a lot and it's very useful. So, thanks for all your work on Lighthouse -- much appreciated.
