MathCAT doesn't work with Eloquence voice/CodeFactory addon

If someone has the CodeFactory addon that supports the Eloquence voice, the speech cues are coming through as raw numbers (probably the pause times).

Two options:

1. I can get the addon and hopefully be able to see in the source code what, if anything, they do to support speech cues for the speech engine.
2. I should be able to detect that the Eloquence voice is being used and disable the speech queues by setting the TTS to none.

The problem is reportedly back. Need to look into it again...

It reads some equations properly in Word, but a demo by Sanjog Kumawat showed it worked properly on the first two equation but then failed on another equation he added (x+y => "x p l u s y").
