SAPI adapter for Natural voices has some problems with MathCAT

I have been using the SAPI adapter that adds the Natural voices to NVDA. The software can be downloaded from:

I found that when reading MathML that I get some odd artifacts.

I had some problems with this being responsive, so in NVDA, I unchecked the trust voices, Unicode normalization, and extra dictionaries for symbol and characters.

Perhaps this is what caused the MathML reading problem, but I do not think so.

This made it very responsive, even for typing character echo.

The voices are very good.

Can you give me some more details as to what the problem is and also what voice and synthesizer (SAPI? OneCore?) you are using?

I tried installing the voices and can't tell what new voice is there (I have a lot of voices).
