Implementation not found

Hello,

Thanks for sharing the paper and the corresponding code. I find the technique very interesting but unfortunately the code lacks few implementation and there is bug in the repository. Can you please update the repository or provide some information on how to fix those.

For example, the implementation for the following is missing:

1. Prostate-Cancer/trainer.py

   Line 354 in 009f30f

   sequence_graph = GraphM(sequence_name)

2. Prostate-Cancer/trainer.py

   Line 69 in 009f30f

   return WG[name]

3. Also, there is an error when running the script for mode Train_model2
