Describe the bug

Commit 1163e31 Add: Functions to check available storage for backup

Since the addition of this feature when using remote storage it checks the phone's storage and not the amount of remote storage.
The user should have the option to disable this check.

Expected Behavior

The user should have the option to disable this check.
