[Bug] Filer in backup schedule not observed #1015

- I'm not using a test build (alpha/beta/release-candidate).
- This issue contains only one bug.
Describe the bug
If I define a backup schedule with filter set to "updated apps", the backup will be empty: Nothing to be backup ed.
I checked that a few apps got updated since the former backup. This is also recognized by neo backup after program start (x updated apps).
Expected Behavior
neo backup should follow the filters in the settings of backup schedules.
