[Bug] backup schedules are shifted by one day #1016

- I'm on the latest version.
- I'm not using a test build (alpha/beta/release-candidate).
- This issue contains only one bug.
Describe the bug
Usually I want my backup running on specific week days. I selected the backup intervals to make sure that it runs, eg., on sunday night. If I open neo backup 2 days later all schedules have been shifted to, in this example, monday.
Expected Behavior
My expectation is, that the backup takes place x days (schedule settings) after the former backup doone with this schedule setting.
I am tired now to make my backups by fortune rather by plans. I'll go back to 8.3.6, the last version which works here without severe issues.
