• Store qgis layer styles in geopackage `layer_styles` table so that we don't need to rely on qgs files

  Same as https://github.com/NewGraphEnvironment/ngr/milestone/4 but we will put the script to produce a first table in data-raw and store it as a layer_styles table in a layer_styles.gpkg object in the package

• Provide functions to copy a table and its styling into QGIS project

  Will perhaps test with new form for eDNA which for now will be built via here https://github.com/NewGraphEnvironment/dff-2022/issues/181 Guessing that using a geopackage saved with styling and fs::file_copy should do the trick provided the user reads it in (until we hack the qlr to add it) If the form already exists then the one there is saved in data/field/yyyy with date stamp in filename?
