Add Loading Indicator for AI Responses

**Description**
Show a clear loading state while the AI is generating a response so users know the system is working.

**Changes Made:**
Display “Generating response…” text or spinner in chat UI
Disable input box while response is streaming
Re-enable input after response completes

**Impact:**
Prevents user confusion
Improves chat UX
Very small frontend change
