Feat : Add Admin Dashboard Foundation

Admin Dashboard Foundation:

The User model has a role field (admin, user), but there is no specialized UI for admins to view system usage.
I will Create a basic admin-only route/page to see the number of registered users.

• Create a Seprate menu Component
• Create SideBar Component
• Create User Template which use react Outlet import { Outlet } from 'react-router-dom';

I will structure the implementation like:

I'll use a reusable component for the admin navigation menu.

A layout wrapper containing the Sidebar and using from react-router-dom to render the child pages

I will ensure the Sidebar and new pages inherit the existing color palette and styling tokens to match the current UI. is there anything you want to mention separately
