Break up version evaluation and alert presentation #19
Description
Should look at refactoring to break up the version evaluation from the presentation of alerts. The ManUpService is doing a bit too much right now.
Any refactoring should not complicate using the module out of the box. However, pulling out the separation will allow app developers to provide their own presentation of ManUp alerts.
