Which is the stable tested distribution for RPi 3+ Ver1.4

Could someone please let me know the correct OS version (even the oldest one that’s still compatible) for integrating the Pi-Somfy project on one of the Raspberry Pi models?

Available hardware:
Raspberry Pi 3+ Rev 1.4
Raspberry Pi 4
Raspberry Pi 5
