Handling competing risk models

Hi there,

Thank you, Nick for such a wonderful package that makes it seamless to plot forest models. However, I have realised that the package cannot handle competing risk analysis. I have been using crr() function from tidycmprsk package and the output is almost similar to a coxph() output. I know a bit of work on this will be greatly appreciated.
