Uploaded image isn't counted towards minimum post length

When trying to save a post with images and no text,  I get a "content-too-short" error.
In contrast, the default composer allows saving such a post, which I believe is the expected behavior.
As a workaround, I set the minimum post length to 0, but in the long run this isn't desirable.
