feature: implement stats display mode #3
Description
Create a --stats CLI command to display live operational statistics of watt, similar to auto-cpufreq --stats.
- The
--statscommand will read from this source and display formatted information (governor, frequencies, turbo, EPP, EPB, load, temps, battery). - If no daemon is running, it could show instantaneous stats or run a brief monitoring session.
