[v1.1] Sockets can attempt to connect to invalid ports #3
Description
Sockets currently have the capability to attempt to bind to or connect to ports which are out of bounds, such as negative ports. Upon attempting to, Sockets should error, but instead appear to function as normal. The behavior of Sockets in this state is unknown, but the ability to enter this state should not be possible
