chore(deps): bump global-modules-path and @nativescript/webpack

Removes [global-modules-path](https://github.com/rosen-vladimirov/global-modules-path). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@nativescript/webpack](https://github.com/NativeScript/nativescript-dev-webpack). These dependencies need to be updated together.

Updates `@nativescript/webpack` from 4.1.0 to 5.0.13
