Describe the bug

Hey there - it seems the main.conf config file fails to generate on load if missing. I've reinstalled the plugin, removed the config folder, restarted, reloaded etc etc but the file never generates. commands, core_config, module_config, modules, motd, and rules all generate however

The log is important in this case - main.conf should be generating so it's likely an error that's logged, so it would be good to see that.

That's what I needed, probably a Nucleus problem, I'll look at it when I get a moment.
