FEATURE: Turn off ball speeding up #4
Description
Currently the ball will increase in speed with each bat of the paddle. This was added in as a reaction to complaints about the ball being too slow. Some people react negatively to this speed increase, so a good compromise might be a preference to turn off this gameplay feature.
